XP Property — Public-Data Lead Engine

How they're ranked
Every lead is scored 0–100 and graded A ≥ 80 · B ≥ 65 · C ≥ 50. Each play sets a base score for the strength of its core signal, then adds recency (fresher events rank higher, fading over ~24 months), a bonus for XP's Thames-Valley core patch, scheme size (units parsed from the description), and corroboration — extra points when independent public sources point at the same postcode.
